Sakura must be Japanese slang for CRAPPY SERVICE - we were there for 1 1/2 hours and left feeling hungry - worst service I've ever experienced. Even though it was all you can eat - once your food came nobody came back to take the next order. Food we actually did receive wasn't bad (although couple next to us got a hair in their rice-yuck)but it took FOREVER. Unless you have nothing better to do than be ignored at a restuarant - DON'T WASTE TIME HERE!!!

HORRIBLE!!! UTTERLY HORRIBLE!! Save your money, don't pay these arrogant bastards anything. Pray to the restaurant gods that they go under, and all the serving staff are kicked to the curb. WORST service in my entire life, and I eat out 1-2 times a week. If you enjoy being ignored, misunderstood, and ripped off, I highly recommend this restaurant. I can't comment on the food, because I'm still frothing at the mouth at how I and my party were treated by those fucktards. AVOID this restaurant, eat at McDonalds at least your treated and respected as a human being there, instead of a flea bitten, 3 legged, one eyed, rabid dog. HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE!

We have experienced quite the opposite and Sakura has become a favourite lunch and dinner hangout for the family. If you see a group playing cards and enjoying sushi...you'll have found us! )

Last evening, I experienced the worst restaurant service of my life. Our orders were mixed up and some orders from the buffet did not arrive at all. After 2 hours of waiting, and no one trying to correct the mess our meal was in, we decided to leave. A horrible experience - and very unfortunate because the decor looked nice, the food looked fresh and we love sushi. Unfortunately, I will not return and will now tell everyone I know not to either.
