The food is decent if you go at the right time of day, but like most buffets, going anytime before or after meal time usually equals leftover food that tastes stale and reheated, or a lack of variety because they don't want to refill the food if they don't need to. The one thing I like is that, unlike at at least one other buffet in Kingston that charges $5.00 for children as young as ONE year old (who eat a few onion rings, a piece of broccoli, and some Jello, for goodness sake), Panda Garden only charges $1.95 for a 2 year olds, and $2.95 for 3 (to 5?) year olds. That's cheaper than paying $6 for a kid's meal elsewhere.

Service needs to step up a bit, food is ok in terms of buffet. Kingston needs a mandarin restaurant. No place compares to that!

Disguisting dining room, floor was so unclean I could not get my mind off looking at it. The food was ok, but needed to be selective and go with the common standby's. I would rather starve then attend there again. I wouldn't recommend this to my worst enemy, as a sign of how poor the reactions must be from customers when leaving, they didn't even ask if everything was ok. Fortune cookie stated

This is the only place in Kingston that I have had food poisoning from - TWICE. After the first visit, I thought that it was perhaps a fluke, and revisited the restaurant against my better judgment. I will never make that mistake again! If you don't want to risk getting sick, don't eat here. There are many choices in Kingston where the food is prepared with greater attention to hygiene.

Work with international students at Queen's and this is always a favourite for group gatherings as all the cultures love it and so far the Asian students also are giving it a thumbs up! Keep up the good work!!

We are always very impressed with this restaurant. We ONLY order from here now because we find their food is the best quality and the freshest in Kingston. Their meat is very tender and delicious. I've never found it to be very fatty. Their service is great and the restaurant itself has a very pleasant atmosphere for dining. All in all, I would suggest this place ANY time!

I ordered dinner for 4 when i picked it up after paying for it told me they didn't have part of my order. After watting for the food to be cooked i took my order home i found half of it to not be digestable ie the ribbs were so fat
as to have little or no meet on them. The chicken fried rice again had so much
fat on the chicken as to be not eatable. In all save your money this is not real chienese food.
